Digital Products

Most of our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive:

  • An email confirmation with links to watch videos. Customers cannot download or distribution the videos
  • Customers will have 48 hours to watch the videos. After 48 hours the links will be deactivated
  • Access to your purchased items in your account dashboard
  • No shipping time required.
  • We process your orders in 24-hour time frame 

Physical Products (if applicable)

For any physical merchandise or products:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Methods: Standard and expedited options available
  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days for standard shipping
  • Tracking: Tracking information provided once shipped

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
