Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
  • Duplicate purchases made in error
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the product is delivered or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, cancellation is not possible.

Exceptions

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer protections.

Return & Exchange Policy for Physical Products

We take great pride in our quality and inspect all items prior to shipment.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives broken, torn, or damaged during transit, Living Game Studio will ship a brand-new replacement at no additional cost to you once verified. To file a claim, email us at van@huynhlearning.com with your order number, a brief description, a clear photo of the damage, and a photo of the original shipping package showing the tracking label. Unannounced returns will not be processed. If a physical return of the damaged item is required by our support team, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • Standard Returns (Buyer's Remorse): For general non-defective returns, items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and customs duties. For standard non-defective exchanges (such as ordering the wrong size or color), customers are responsible for return shipping to our warehouse. A flat $14 exchange fee per item will apply to cover re-printing and domestic re-shipping of your replacement item.

    Return Methods:

    • By Mail: Mail damaged or defective items to 4600 S Four Mile Run Drive, Unit 612, Arlington, Virginia, 22204, USA using the pre-paid return label provided via email.

    • Kept Items: Upon investigating a claim, Living Game Studio may allow the customer to keep the damaged item while still sending a free replacement to avoid unnecessary return shipping fees.
