Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content
Duplicate purchases made in error
Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with:

Your order number
Reason for the refund request
Any relevant documentation

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before the product is delivered or accessed. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, cancellation is not possible.

Exceptions

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Some jurisdictions may provide additional consumer protections.
